Manage a consistent caseload aligned with practice expectations, ensuring sessions are scheduled effectively to maintain continuity of care and client progress.
Participate in supervision, trainings, and professional development. Maintain clinical competency through continuing education and applying new knowledge to improve outcomes.
Identify and address clinical risks, including high-risk client situations. Escalate concerns promptly and maintain ethical standards and professional boundaries at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and leadership to support a positive team environment, contributing to discussions and maintaining client-ready spaces.
Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members. Prepare reports and documentation reflecting clinical knowledge, accuracy, and therapeutic best practices.
