You will own policy development, interpret evolving laws, assess risk, and advise HR leadership and Legal on complex regulation changes.
The role requires 10+ years of compliance experience, deep law knowledge, and a track record of audits and risk remediation across multi-state workforces. Hybrid work is expected.
The HR Compliance Manager will serve as a true subject matter expert in employment compliance within a complex, nationally distributed organization. The role will own and influence firmwide compliance initiatives, interpret changing employment regulations, assess risk, develop policy, and serve as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and Legal. This is a high-visibility role with regular interaction across HR, Employee Relations, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and the Office of General Counsel.
