Matters involving significant legal interpretation or risk are escalated to the CHRO or appropriate legal counsel. All Taft employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy—in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.

  • Prepare periodic compliance dashboards and reports for HR and Firm leadership.
  • Periodically audit HR compliance involving areas such as I-9, wage and hour, policy acknowledgement and others.
  • Identify emerging risks, process gaps, and opportunities to strengthen internal controls.

  • Maintain required workplace postings, employee notices, acknowledgments, forms, and related documentation.
