Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Manager, HR Compliance to lead the HR compliance program across the U.S. and Canada. The role partners with Legal, Audit and HR teams to define governance, processes and controls ensuring broad compliance with employment laws while delivering sustainable improvements.

Hybrid role in Burlington, MA or Emeryville, CA with 3 in-office days and 2 remote days. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of federal and multi-state laws, including California, and strong

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of progressive HR compliance experience.
• Deep knowledge of federal and multi-state employment law.
• Extensive California employment law knowledge.
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate into practice.
• Experience managing government reporting and audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead HR compliance across US and Canada with governance, controls, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and execute HR compliance strategy and roadmap across employee lifecycle.
• Partner with Legal Counsel on employment compliance and risk mitigation.
• Establish HR compliance governance frameworks (policies, procedures, standards, controls).
• Lead design and enhancement of HR policies and employment practices.
• Manage end-to-end HR compliance processes across recruitment to regulatory reporting.
• Conduct and oversee HR compliance audits and remediation actions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS teams to embed requirements.
• Translate regulatory changes into actionable business requirements and plans.
• Oversee government reporting and compliance filings (EEO-1, VETS-4212, pay equity).
• Manage investigations, agency inquiries, audits, and reviews with Legal Counsel.
