You will support documentation, recordkeeping, and scheduling related to compliance and employee relations initiatives. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields, with strong communication and discretion, and a GPA around 3.0.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR, business administration, organizational development, or labor relations.
• Interest in HR compliance, employee relations, employment documentation, and workplace investigations.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Experience in customer service and professional communication
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Support HR compliance and employee relations intake processes.
• Assist with documentation, recordkeeping, and HR filing.
• Coordinate with HR team on new hire paperwork and investigations as needed.
• Maintain confidential files and assist with follow-up tasks.
