Job summary

You will support CDL program administration, drug testing records, I-9 documentation, new hire paperwork, and confidential file handling under HR leadership, gaining hands-on experience in compliance, employee relations, audits, and projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in HR, business, organizational development, labor relations or related field with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Customer service experience and ability to interact respectfully with employees and HR team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR team and documentation processes.
• Assist with CDL program tracking and record updates.
• Assist with random drug testing documentation and compliance follow-up items.
• Review and organize Form I-9 documentation, new hire paperwork, and other employment records.
• Assist with new hire documentation processes, auditing, and filing.
• Help monitor compliance deadlines and follow-up items.
• Assist with employee relations intake and routing matters to HR representatives.
• Support HR projects, reporting, audits, and process improvements.
