Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding, I-9, E-Verify, benefits enrollment, and Day 1 IT coordination with managers.
• Maintain employee files in SharePoint and manage separation paperwork and archiving.
• Process benefits enrollments and reconcile invoices, support open enrollment.
• Track OSHA cards, safety training, and required harassment prevention training.
• Collect and verify subcontractor insurance, W-9, licenses, and filings.
• Support payroll compliance and maintain labor compliance documentation.
