The Data & Compensation Analyst supports the HRIS & Compensation Team Lead in administering the County's compensation and classification programs while also serving as a key HR operations analyst. The role assists with operational compensation activities including preparing salary offers, supporting market pricing, and providing analytical input into grade placement and job evaluation decisions while ensuring compensation benchmark data is accurate, consistent, and compliant.
In its HR operations capacity, the position develops and maintains dashboards, workforce metrics, visual analytics, and business intelligence tools that translate complex HR and compensation data into clear, actionable insights. This dual focus strengthens both compensation operations and enterprise HR analytics to support effective, datadriven decisionmaking across the County. This role will be fully on-site with the eligibility for one day per week remote work after 6 months.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; Masters preferred
Experience: 3+ years of compensation experience and 3 years of business analytics, data modeling, dashboard creation or a related HR analytics role; 5+ years preferred
