Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Client Services Representative (HR Business Partner) to understand client missions and translate them into HR strategies and programs. You will manage relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure service delivery aligns with client objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years HR generalist experience, strong communication, and a track record of client retention. MBA is a plus, with a focus on leadership and program development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and at least 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience with knowledge of employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, and process improvements and management development.
• MBA preferred.
• At least five years of related experience in a consulting, leadership, supervisory or managerial role with proven ability to retain clients and deliver results.
• Prior experience coaching senior management is essential, with demonstrated program development expertise.
• Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR strategies to clients in all service areas including strategy, coaching, market intelligence, compensation, performance management, counseling, strategic employee relations issues, training, recruitment, compliance and risk management.
• Delivers services to the client to exceed client expectation.
• Engages with client on a regular basis to discover their business mission, vision, values, goals, and key measurements.
• Promotes the HR strategy and tactics to support these goals.
• Leads team to deliver on time, quality deliverables and manages client budgets and billing.
