Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to lead client relationships, ensure compliance, and drive service quality for Resourcing Edge clients. This fully remote role requires prior PEO experience and offers a compensation range of $70,000–$80,000 depending on experience.

You will act as a strategic liaison, support payroll and HR questions, and help maintain strong client satisfaction while collaborating with internal partners to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships with key stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on payroll, benefits, HR, and employee relations.
• Manage ongoing client relationships and escalation paths.
• Meet with clients quarterly to assess service quality and needs.
• Streamline information flow between clients and the organization.
• Conduct client orientations and software/product demos.
