Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months of Walmart Logistics clerical experience or 1 year of clerical experience with computer applications, or 1 year of HR-related coursework and experience.
• 1 year’s experience in payroll, benefits, workers compensation, FMLA, OSHA plus computer applications
• Ability to process time reports, payroll edits, and HR documents accurately

Responsibilities

• Handle time reports and payroll adjustments, verify and file daily time reports.
• Support HR functions including payroll, benefits, and employment processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze HR reports and documents, and ensure compliance with laws.
• Assist with hiring processes: schedule interviews, drug screens, and new hire paperwork.
• Support data entry and clerical tasks across multiple systems; maintain logs.
