Job summary

Kiwa North America is seeking an HR Manager to support two business lines and help shape the North American HR organization. The role involves partnering with business leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and engagement, while contributing to HR transformation and Workday initiatives.

The successful candidate will balance hands-on HR responsibilities with strategic projects, building trusted relationships across teams and adapting to evolving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in generalist roles.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, HR policies, and HR operations.
• Discretion with confidential information and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to manage employee relations, performance, and development.
• Guide HR processes across the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Support HR transformation initiatives, including Workday implementation and data quality improvements.
• Contribute to regional HR programs and change management efforts.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure processes are followed consistently.
