Job summary

Kiwa North America is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support two growing business lines, NQA and Unitek, while advancing the North American HR organization.

Hybrid role in Houston, collaborating with leaders and HR teams on employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and engagement. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of HR experience and strong change-management skills to drive process improvements and Workday initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in generalist/specialist/BP roles.
• Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, policies, and operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee engagement, retention, development and other people priorities.
• Support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, changes, performance, offboarding.
• Contribute to HR transformation initiatives including Workday, data quality, process alignment, and change management.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure processes are completed accurately and consistently.
• Support regional HR programs and initiatives across North America.
