DaBella is seeking an HR Business Partner: Strategic Programs to support the HR Manager by executing key HR initiatives from planning through implementation. The role requires strong project management, research, and the ability to handle multiple priorities onsite in Austin.

Responsibilities include coordinating HR program rollouts, analyzing HR data for decision-making, and coaching an HR Generalist. A broad HR background and organizational impact are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience across programs.
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience supervising or coaching others in HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate rollout of HR programs and training.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks to leadership.
• Coach an HR Generalist and support employee relations.
