CS Power Systems in Jeffersonville, Indiana, is seeking an HR Business Partner to manage onboarding and offboarding, conduct companywide training, and guide employees on benefits and resources. The role also involves generating HR reports and providing insights to drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR, 2+ years in a manufacturing setting, strong analytical and communication skills, and HRIS experience with ADP and Workday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a manufacturing/operations environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Experience generating HR reports and familiarity with HRIS (ADP, Workday).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee relations management.
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local laws related to compensation and employment relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
• Perform companywide training and prepare training materials.
• Serve as point of contact for employee benefits, payroll, and company resources guidance.
• Prepare and generate HR metrics reports to support strategic decision making.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends in turnover, recruitment, and performance management.
