Responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers to resolve workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance standards and implement HR policies.
• Support career development opportunities for employees.
• Oversee general office management tasks and facilities.
• Maintain and update employee data and documentation for HR processes.
• Promote company culture through engagement programs and team-building activities.
