Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services in Lancaster, PA seeks an HR Business Partner to serve as the main HR contact for the site, partnering with leaders to support business goals through effective people strategies.

You will advise on employee relations, performance management, engagement, talent development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness while fostering a positive workplace culture. This is a full-time role with regular hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience; SHRM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HRIS, Oracle or Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement and retention.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.
• Deliver training and coaching on leadership, development, compliance, and workplace best practices.
• Support compliance initiatives, investigations, reporting and HR programs.
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support organizational change initiatives and other HR projects as assigned.
