  • This position requires being in the office 3 days a week.

Salary Range: Full range $74,877.40 - $119,610.14; anticipated hiring range $74,877.40 - $97,243.90.

The HR Business Partner II partners with leadership to provide HR consultation, support, and strategy execution to attract, develop, and retain talent.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as a liaison and internal consultant within Human Services to develop strategic partnerships through coaching, counseling, and investigations.
  2. Lead special projects related to HR functions such as compensation, retention, and employee relations.
  3. Partner with all levels concerning employee relations issues, review documentation, and provide recommendations.
  4. Improve organizational culture, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency.
  5. Conduct workforce research and analysis to align HR priorities with workforce trends and challenges.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance on policies and procedures, updating them as necessary.
  7. Support strategic HR initiatives including performance management and process improvements.
  8. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and maintain external market resources.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HRBP experience, including employee relations.
