Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Georgia distribution center is seeking an HR Business Partner I to support the Evening Shift (2:00pm-12:00am Mon-Thurs). You will partner with managers across the DC network to cultivate leadership, drive talent development, and uphold TJX's culture.

You will walk the floor, build strong relationships with hourly to exempt associates, identify HR opportunities, and ensure compliance with ADA and FMLA. The role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of State and Federal law (i.e. ADA, FMLA).
• Prior experience working with a Union is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be actively involved with many areas of HR, including talent management, talent mapping and development, labor relations/union, associate relations and risk management.
• Collaborate with managers within the Distribution Center network to maintain TJX's core culture of leadership values.
• Build solid relationships and get to know associates on a personal level by walking the floor and being hands-on with the team.
• Work with a diverse group of employees, ranging from hourly to exempt-level.
• Identify areas of HR-related improvement opportunity within the facility.
