Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner I to support the Evening Shift (2:00pm-12:00am, Mon-Thurs) at the Marshalls Distribution Center in Atlanta, GA. This role contributes to talent development and HR operations within a fast‑paced, diverse team.

You will partner with managers across the DC network, build strong relationships on the floor, and work across hourly to exempt staff to advance TJX leadership values.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR experience with a focus on talent development.
• Ability to pair strategic and tactical HR thinking.
• Knowledge of State and Federal law (ADA, FMLA).
• Union experience is a plus.

• Handle labor relations and associate relations and risk management.

HR Business Partner I

Supporting Evening Shift (2:00pm-12:00am Mon-Thurs)

The Opportunity:Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.

• Be actively involved with many areas of HR, including: talent management, talent mapping and development, labor relations/union, associate relations and risk management
• Collaborate with managers within the Distribution Center network to maintain and foster TJX's core culture of leadership values.
• Build solid relationships and get to know associates on a personal level by walking the floor and being hands-on with the team.
• Work with a diverse group of employees, ranging from hourly to exempt-level.
• Identify areas of HR-related improvement opportunity within the facility.

Who We Are Looking For:You.

• 4+ years of direct Human Resources experience with a focus on talent development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Have the ability to pair strategic and tactical thinking in order to look at "big picture" HR operations
• Knowledge of State and Federal law (i.e. ADA, FMLA)
• Prior experience working with a Union is a plus

This position has a starting salary range of USD $71,300.00 to $89,100.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
