Busey is seeking an HR Business Partner with a foundation in HR operations to support designated divisions. The role delivers data-driven insights, handles routine associate relations, and helps execute recurring HR processes while ensuring a consistent associate experience.

You will analyze trends, generate routine reports, and collaborate with HRBP teams to drive effective people initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience with HR data analysis and HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers as the first point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Support policy questions and route complex issues to SMEs as needed.
• Coordinate meetings with HRBP and business units to strengthen partnerships.
• Handle routine associate relations incidents and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide onboarding support for new managers and analyze routine metrics.
