Responsibilities

• Build and maintain partnerships with Busey managers; serve as first contact via shared performance management inbox.
• Support policy and procedural questions; refer to subject matter expert as needed.
• Schedule meetings with HRBP and business units to build strong partnerships.
• Handle routine associate relations incidents, discipline, coaching, and separations; escalate complex issues.
• Provide onboarding support for new Busey managers when needed.
• Collect, analyze, and report routine associate metrics (onboarding/exits, engagement, performance trends).
• Generate routine reports and dashboards to inform HRBP decision-making.
• Identify patterns and trends; provide actionable insights to HRBP team and managers.
• Support company-wide HRBP initiatives and communications (Gallup, 9-Grid, JD system, flexible work).
