Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HRM, Business Management, Industrial & Labor Relations, or related field, graduation Dec 2026 – May 2027.
• Minimum 2.85 GPA in overall and major.
• Proactive and results-driven with high learning agility.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide guidance on HR policies and programs.
• Support talent management: workforce planning, onboarding, retention, development.
• Assist with employee relations and performance management with coaching and policy interpretation.
