Job summary

Oxy, a leading energy company, seeks an HR Business Partner to join the US Onshore Resources and Carbon Management (ORCM) team. You will guide leaders on HR policies, support talent management, onboarding, and employee relations, and analyze workforce data to drive decisions.

The role requires collaboration with HR centers of expertise and business leaders to implement engagement and change initiatives. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, relocation assistance if applicable, and a 9/80

Qualifications

Pursuing a Master’s degree in HRM, Business Management, or related field with graduation 2026–2027.
Must have minimum 2.85 GPA overall and in major.
Strong learning agility, proactive and results-driven, with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to provide guidance on HR policies and employee matters.
Support talent management, workforce planning, onboarding, and development initiatives.
Assist with employee relations and performance management through coaching and policy interpretation.
Analyze workforce data and trends to support decisions and effectiveness.
