Qualifications

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a distribution/manufacturing setting.
• Deep understanding of Texas employment law.
• SHRM-CP/SCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is an asset.
