• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to improve HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Support organizational change initiatives and business growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands‑on HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with leaders, driving talent initiatives, and supporting employees across a diverse organization.

The HR Business Partner will support both client‑facing and corporate teams while serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategy. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources and will oversee one HR Generalist.
