Job summary

DroneSense seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to champion talent initiatives and support executives across the organization. You will partner with leadership on employee development, succession planning, and policy governance, ensuring fair treatment and alignment with business goals.

You will coach teams, assess training needs, and collaborate on compensation and rewards programs while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner oriented role.
  • Employee relations experience preferred.
  • Experience in a collaborative environment with high follow-through and accountability.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; proactive and influential.
  • High-level attention to detail; can manage shifting priorities.
  • Quick learner, patient, comfortable with ambiguity and taking initiative.
  • Strong problem-solver handling sensitive/confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as change champion in support of HR/Talent initiatives and functional strategy.
  • Support client groups and executive programs, including assimilations, action-planning, succession planning/talent reviews, and career conversations.
  • Coach employees on policy and procedures, conflict resolution and change management to promote a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Identify 360, assessment, executive coaching needs and initiate with Talent Management; assess training needs for team and leadership development.
  • Evaluate rewards and recognition with cross-functional partners and educate clients on compensation practices.
