Your Role
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll provide full-spectrum HR support to our operations across the Western Region. From strategic initiatives to day-to-day HR functions, you’ll partner with leaders and associates to enable growth, strengthen engagement, and cultivate talent.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on associate relations, performance coaching, investigations, and policy interpretation
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and new hire integration
  • Support payroll and benefit administration, leave management, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Champion talent initiatives, including succession planning, mentorship programs, training, and retention
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and implement workforce solutions
  • Promote associate engagement through events, stay interviews, and community outreach
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and lead record audits
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Serve as a confidential point of contact for associates
  • Some travel required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Kronos) preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation in a collaborative team environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality
