Your Role
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll provide full-spectrum HR support to our operations across the Western Region. From strategic initiatives to day-to-day HR functions, you’ll partner with leaders and associates to enable growth, strengthen engagement, and cultivate talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on associate relations, performance coaching, investigations, and policy interpretation
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and new hire integration
- Support payroll and benefit administration, leave management, and compliance with federal and state employment laws
- Champion talent initiatives, including succession planning, mentorship programs, training, and retention
- Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and implement workforce solutions
- Promote associate engagement through events, stay interviews, and community outreach
- Maintain accurate personnel records and lead record audits
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Serve as a confidential point of contact for associates
- Some travel required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; PHR, SHRM-CP preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR generalist experience
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS (PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Kronos) preferred
- Strong customer service orientation in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality
