Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (with PHR or SHRM-CP preferred), at least 5 years of HR experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with HRIS systems like PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Kronos. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities professionally and confidentially.
