Position: HR Business Partner - Western Region Operations

• Serve as a trusted advisor on associate relations, performance coaching, investigations, and policy interpretation
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and new hire integration
• Support payroll and benefit administration, leave management, and compliance with employment laws
• Champion talent initiatives, including succession planning, mentorship, training, and retention
• Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and implement workforce solutions
• Promote engagement through events, stay interviews, and community outreach
• Maintain personnel records and lead audits
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance
• Serve as a confidential contact for associates
• Some travel required

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (with PHR or SHRM-CP preferred), at least 5 years of HR experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with HRIS systems like PeopleSoft, Oracle, or Kronos. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities professionally and confidentially.
