Join a global insurance leader as a Human Resources Business Partner, where you will collaborate on HR strategies for the Global Technology and Digital Transformation units. The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate with leaders in supporting the Global Technology and Digital Transformation units to develop and execute HR strategies. As part of Chubb's Global HR team, you will partner with business leaders to understand team priorities and advise on HR strategies that align with Chubb's culture and objectives, enhancing employee engagement. You will work with HR Centers of Excellence to implement HR solutions supporting managers and employees within your client groups.
The ideal candidate is a solution-oriented, creative problem-solver who is proactive, responsive, passionate about excellence, and able to act swiftly in HR situations requiring critical thinking and independence. They should be credible, approachable, and experienced in advising managers and employees. The HR Business Partner is a trusted advisor to management and an employee advocate, capable of balancing multiple stakeholder needs.
