Job Summary

As our HR Business Partner, you will be looking at the direction, mission, and vision of our business and ensuring that all company policies, programs, activities, and general HR policies fall directly within those. You will also be responsible for major HR decisions, evaluating current HR policies or creating new ones to adhere to all legal and ethical guidelines, and educating both current and new employees on HR matters. The ideal candidate has an extensive understanding of HR, works well within a team environment, and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
