Clean Harbors is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and COEs to drive people initiatives aligned with our strategy. The role emphasizes health and safety, employee engagement and compliant HR practices across the organization.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources/Labor Relations/Business/Related field;
3+ years of experience in a similar position;
Ability to bridge cross functional boundaries within an organization;
Ability to make decisions in an adverse situation, conflict resolution;
Ability to support team development, strong problem solving skills;
Professional presentation with both written and verbal communication skills;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize while being detail oriented;
Ability to travel 25-50%
