Position Summary

The HR Business Partner I supports leaders and employees by delivering day-to-day human resources guidance and services in alignment with established company policies and applicable employment requirements. This role promotes positive employee relations, supports employee concerns and workplace matters, maintains accurate HR records, and partners with internal stakeholders on talent acquisition and other people-related activities. The position uses sound judgment, professional HR knowledge, and practical problem-solving to help leaders address business and employee needs.

In this role, you will have the chance to:

Partner with leaders and employees to support positive employee relations and consistent application of company policies.

Investigate employee concerns, counsel employees and supervisors, and assist with appropriate corrective action when needed.

Interpret and apply company policy and applicable federal, state, and local employment requirements.

Support recognition programs, company events, and other activities that strengthen the employee experience.

Maintain accurate local employee records and HR information system data, including auditing records for completeness and accuracy.

Support talent acquisition activities, including requisition processing, candidate interviews, reference checks where applicable, offer coordination, and internal job bidding.

Coordinate with external recruiting partners, schools, job fairs, and other sources to help develop qualified candidate pipelines.

Collaborate with department supervisors, team leads, employees, peers, and external vendors to address HR needs and deliver responsive support.

Bachelor's degree required .

Aminimum of 4 years of related human resources experience required .

Working knowledge of relevant HR business practices, procedures, principles, and concepts, with the ability to apply them to practical situations.

Ability to exercise sound judgment when resolving complex employee and workplace issues.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with leaders, employees, peers, and external partners.

Ability to work under minimal supervision, plan assigned work, and accomplish established goals.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate employee information.

Occasional business travel required .

Preferred Experience

Applicable HR or professional certification.

Experience supporting employee relations matters and policy interpretation.

Experience maintaining HRIS data and auditing employee records.

Experience supporting recruiting, interviewing, offers, or internal job bidding processes.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Regular and predictable attendance is required. This position primarily operates in an office environment with moderate noise. The role involves frequent sitting, ordinary hearing and vision, and regular verbal communication. Occasional standing, walking, climbing stairs, pushing or pulling, and reaching may be required. The position may occasionally require exerting up to 20 pounds of force and may frequently require up to 10 pounds of force to move objects. Salary Range- $69,279 - $86,598 /Annual

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
