Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
  • 0-3 years of engineering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support new product implementation and product lifecycle management activities.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
  • Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and global teams.
  • Conduct product evaluations, testing, validation, and technical investigations.
  • Analyze engineering data and recommend solutions to technical challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and engineering records.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and ISO quality requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that support product quality and business growth.

Position Summary:

Join B. Braun Medical Inc. and become part of our PFG Product Engineering Team, where you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting a diverse portfolio of medical products, ranging from simple disposables to advanced active medical devices, pharmaceutical products, and combination therapies.

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career engineer to lead projects, collaborate with global cross‑functional teams, and contribute to initiatives that directly support patient safety, product quality, and company growth. You'll work within a regulated environment while gaining exposure to product development, new product implementation, and lifecycle management activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new product implementation and product lifecycle management activities
  • Lead and coordinate multiple engineering projects simultaneously
  • Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and global teams
  • Conduct product evaluations, testing, validation, and technical investigations
  • Analyze engineering data and recommend solutions to technical challenges

Key Qualifications

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Internship, co‑op, or industry experience in a regulated environment
  • Exposure to medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or manufacturing
  • Familiarity with FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, and/or ISO 14971
  • Experience with product development, validation, or testing activities
  • Project management and technical documentation experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong collaboration skills
  • Professional certifications are a plus

This role offers exposure to office, laboratory, and manufacturing environments and may require limited travel. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams in a collaborative and dynamic setting focused on delivering high‑quality healthcare solutions.

Salary Range: $68,700 - $78,700

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
