This position will lead the technical strategy for reporting and business intelligence within People Analytics. The manager will oversee the development and maintenance of dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and data architecture. Key responsibilities include defining reporting architecture across Workday, Prism, and downstream tools; owning data models and metric definitions; ensuring data quality and governance standards; prioritizing and allocating reporting work; partnering with IT/EDW teams on integrations; and standardizing dashboards and reporting frameworks across the enterprise.
