Job summary

Gibbon Packing, LLC an American Foods Group Company is seeking an HR Assistant - Billing at our Gibbon, NE plant. This role provides confidential HR support and accurate data entry into payroll/HR systems, while coordinating plant anniversaries and events. You will help maintain employee files and prepare billing documents for outgoing loads.

The position requires strong English communication, accuracy and discretion, with opportunities for growth within a locally focused beef processing company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; 2 years HR/clerical experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English; proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Fast-paced environment with deadlines; proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential administrative support to the HR Department.
• Enter data into payroll and HR systems accurately and timely.
• Coordinate acknowledgments for plant anniversaries and events.
• Maintain employee files and assist with billing documents for loads.
• Answer incoming calls during working hours; uphold professional demeanor.
