Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate - Business Intelligence to deliver analytics for HR and business teams. You will build dashboards, respond to ad hoc requests, and keep BI products running while ensuring governance and data quality.

The role blends new development with operational reporting as the company transitions to cloud-based analytics. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in BI, familiarity with cloud tools, and strong analytical and collaborative skills to partner with stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or related field.
2+ years of experience in BI, data analysis, or related role.
Familiarity with cloud-based BI tools and platforms.
Foundational understanding of data visualization, dashboards, and self-service analytics (Tableau, Snow, Sigma).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance BI products: design, develop, and deliver dashboards, reports, and curated datasets.
Support ad hoc reporting & stakeholder requests with timely, accurate analyses.
Maintain and improve legacy dashboards; fix defects and refresh logic and visuals.
Enable self-service analytics by refining semantic layers and data definitions.
Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across BI solutions.
Integrate BI tools with cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks) to improve scalability.
Contribute to agile delivery, roadmaps, and cross-functional planning.
