Job Title: Temporary Benefits Specialist

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Near the PIT Airport)

Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office

Duration: Through December 2025

We are seeking a Temporary Benefits Specialist to join our team and support our Human Resources department through the end of 2025. This is a full-time, in-office role based near the Pittsburgh International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans
  • Assist with open enrollment, qualifying life events, and employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in HRIS systems
  • Coordinate benefits communications and provide ongoing support to employees
  • Partner with vendors and carriers to resolve issues and ensure smooth plan operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in benefits administration or a related HR role
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits and relevant compliance regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
