• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two (2) years related work experience. Note: Experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and coordinates within the Human Resources Benefits and Payroll area.
• Supervises assigned HR staff members and liaises with Payroll and external agencies.
• Manages leaves, benefits, and related responsibilities; maintains confidential records in the HRIS.
