• Coordinate FMLA and workers’ compensation processes and documentation.
• Oversee annual open enrollment and benefits communications.
• Assist with onboarding using NEOGOV Onboard and Anthology systems.
• Maintain accurate, confidential benefits, retirement, and leave records and coordinate with Payroll.
