Job summary

Sea Oaks Beach and Tennis seeks an Human Resources Coordinator to support HR processes across the property. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, time management, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will assist with recruitment, benefits administration, onboarding, payroll audits, and compliance with employment laws, while handling clerical tasks and preparing documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with Paylocity preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Time management, detail orientation, and critical thinking.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must have U.S. work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and interviewing processes—tracking applicant statuses in Paylocity; sending follow-up letters after recruitment.
• Assist with administration of health and welfare plans, enrollments, changes, terminations, and payroll/document reconciliation.
• Onboard new hires—complete I-9 forms, submit through E‑Verify, review documents with new hires.
• Conduct audits of payroll, benefits, or HR programs and flag corrective actions.
• Handle clerical tasks (photocopies, mail, scans, emails) as needed.
• Support H-2B personnel procedures—recruitment, petitions, compliance, candidate communication.
• Maintain inventory of uniforms and safety supplies; ensure AEDs and first aid stock are current.
• Ensure HR records in systems are accurate and up-to-date.
