The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for an HR Associate on the Gainesville campus. This position provides comprehensive support, acts as an initial point of contact for HR functions, and will assist with new hire onboarding. This position will also coordinate and manage HR processes, prepare, track and assist with the accurate completion of time‑sensitive and confidential paperwork and correspondence on behalf of the department, and explains and interprets HR rules, policies, and procedures in response to internal and external inquiries, and assists customers with the use of HR systems and automation. This position assists the Talent Management team with data entry, appointments, and other duties.
