Job summary

Praesum Healthcare in Florida is seeking an HR Assistant to support the Recruiting team in a fast-paced expansion. The role requires organization and prompt follow-up with candidates, with hours Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (Associates preferred) and proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, plus strong verbal and written communication. The role offers benefits (medical, dental, vision, STD), a 401(k) match up to 5%, PTO, education

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Providing general administrative support to the Recruiting dept.
Contacting schools to promote internships and open positions, posting jobs, updating databases
Assisting the Recruiting Unit in managing the pre-hire paperwork process and collecting documents.
Providing horizontal support to other staff members of the HR unit when needed.
