Job summary

Five Below, a high-energy retailer, seeks an HR-focused professional to support the Distribution Center team. You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll liaison, and safety programs, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate HR records.

Ideal candidates bring HR experience in fast-paced environments, strong MS Office skills, and clear communication. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with opportunities for development in a dynamic, value-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Human Resources experience, with progressive recruiting responsibilities.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience.
• Clear communication and professional interpersonal skills, with an innovative and proactive spirit that adapts quickly to a distribution environment.
• Ability to work a fast pace, high volume environment.
• Bilingual – Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support to Distribution Center employees.
• Support hourly full cycle recruitment/interview/on-boarding process.
• Partner with Payroll to manage weekly time sheets and reporting in Kronos.
• Manage the Attendance and Recognition Program.
• Oversee Distribution Center background check process.
• Maintain and update HR files and respond to employee questions.
• Assist with events and associate recognition programs.
• Ensure timely paperwork processing for HR-related tasks.
