PALS OHIO, LLC. is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant for a full-time on-site role at our Mingo Junction, OH location.

You will support the HR department with clerical tasks, new employee orientation, and answering employee questions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The role requires travel to four locations, ensures regulatory compliance, maintains employee records in Paycom, and assists with training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in a health-care environment preferred.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to navigate multiple system platforms quickly.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Able to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the administrator of the human resource department and the liaison for all employees.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with employee files and training requirements.
• Maintain employee paperwork filing and record keeping related to new hires and employee files; update information in Paycom.
• Able to travel to four locations (Byesville, Bellaire, Cadiz, and Mingo).
• Ensure training is complete with Program Directors at each location.
• Ensure new employees are entered into each system and communicate with Program Directors.
• Follow-up with pre-hire tests and processes to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate training and orientation with appropriate location Program Director.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
