The HR Assistant is responsible supports the HR Department by completing administrative duties and special projects.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Process new hire paperwork - data entry.
- Complete I-9/E-verify maintenance and re-verifications
- File, organize, and track paperwork.
- Complete UPS labels.
- Performance reviews - administration, start review process, tracking through the process.
- Reports: weekly audits and manager and department changes.
- Mileage approvals.

Qualifications
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
- Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
- Must have proven problem solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s).
- Must be able to act as the Company liaison with customer representatives.
- Must be able to learn company computer systems and software.
- Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have extremely strong attention to detail.
Education, Certification, License, And Skill Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalency.
- Must have 2 years’ administrative experience.
- Experience with customer facing roles.
- Ability to meet Company minimum driving standards preferred.
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite.
