Senior Product Manager

(Full-time | Hybrid in-office NYC or Philadelphia | iAltA Holdings – Private Markets Ecosystem)

Brand

iAltA is a next‑generation financial services ecosystem built to power private markets. The platform spans data infrastructure, regulated entities, payments, and investment services, serving General Partners, Limited Partners, and the wider capital markets ecosystem.

Job Summary

As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of a shared data and workflow foundation for modern wealth management. You will translate high‑level product vision into executable roadmaps for three fintech products, set data‑driven prioritization frameworks, and drive cross‑functional alignment with GMs, sales, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform product vision into prioritized roadmaps for all three product lines.
  • Implement a transparent, ROI‑based prioritization framework adopted by all stakeholders.
  • Achieve on‑time delivery of committed roadmap items within the first 12–18 months.
  • Develop and maintain a toolkit that supports the product development process.
  • Serve as the go‑to person for translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Minimize engineering rework through effective requirements and technical specifications.
  • Establish regular feedback loops across all three business lines.
  • Create technical specifications that engineering teams can execute without clarification.
  • Build and demonstrate clear ROI metrics for shipped features.
  • Contribute to year‑over‑year growth through effective feature prioritization.
Core Qualifications
  • Technical fluency: read code, engage in architecture decisions, write detailed technical specs.
  • Strong prioritization and judgment: balance data and qualitative insights, say “no” with clear reasoning, ship iteratively, keep momentum across multiple workstreams.
  • Stakeholder management: synthesize conflicting feedback, build credibility with non‑technical leaders, communicate technical concepts effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience building and scaling high‑volume fintech or wealth‑tech products.
  • Product ops expertise: proven frameworks, modern product ops tools, process improvements.
  • Startup adaptability: thrive in ambiguity, resource‑constrained environments, and early‑stage go‑to‑market intuition.
  • Data‑driven decision making: basic analytics tools, validate assumptions with data.
Competitive Offer
  • Base pay range: $140,000 – $180,000 per year.
  • Annual bonus and stock options.
  • Equity participation across iAltA and relevant portfolio companies.
  • Flexible time off policies.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents.

Other duties may be assigned as needed. A background check may be conducted following a conditional offer of employment.
