Job summary

KRUSH Tech is seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and scale our U.S. organization from the ground up. You will develop people strategy, establish HR operations, policies, and programs to support rapid growth in defense technology.

In this hands-on, strategic role you will partner with leadership, ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws, design compensation frameworks, and foster a high-performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including scaling HR in startups or high-growth companies.
• 3+ years in defense technology, aerospace, robotics, advanced manufacturing, or similar technical industries.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance.
• Experience implementing scalable HR policies and processes.
• Excellent expertise in employee relations, performance management, and org development.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the U.S. HR function, policies, processes, and people programs from the ground up.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and headcount.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, development, engagement, retention, offboarding.
• Develop compensation frameworks, policy handbooks, and career development programs.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and employer branding.
