Typical Day

• Direct workflow in benefits administration, culture enhancement, employee relations, talent management, and recruiting
• Oversee succession planning, development planning, and employee programs
• Coach employees on related issues and navigate outcomes
• Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding procedures

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field (highly preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to interpret and communicate benefits, policies, and procedures effectively
• Critical thinker demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Servant-hearted leadership and ability to build trust with employees
